TIPS for presentations

1) Practice, Practice, Practice

2) Make sure anything you are showing on camera is stationary. Use easels or set objects on tables. Keep moving paper away from the microphone

3) Use presets on your cameras. Limit Camera movement.

3 Use index cards to write speaking parts on. Copy paper makes TOO much noise during a video conference.

4) Let your VC technical coordinator help you with the computer or audio issues and share tips.
